PURCHASE ORDER - TAX INVOICES - PAYMENT TERMS

  • When we receive your order, a PO/Tax Invoice will be emailed (next business day) confirming , pricing, postage, payment Due date and date of dispatch

  • Payment Terms - PREPAID

  • Full Payment is due into our nominated account (2 Business Days) before dispatch date.

  • Orders remain the property of With GOOD Intentions until payment is received in full

ORDER AVAILABILITY

  • We don’t keep surplus smudge wands in stock. All our smudge wands are hand rolled and made to order.

  • Stockists orders are processed in the order in which they arrive, (first come , first served)

  • Orders generally take approx. 5-10 business days for availability.

  • During peak season due to stock availability some orders may take longer. (we will keep you informed when applicable)

VARIATIONS - SIZE - COLOUR

  • Size of smudge wands are approximates only, the smudge wands are handmade and variations may occur.

  • Our smudge wands will always vary in Colour and Herb combination from batch to batch , season to season, stockist to stockist .

PREP - STORAGE - PACKAGING - SHELF LIFE

  • The wands are intentionally left unwrapped with an attached Swing Tag - (We do not use Cello wrapping).

  • The swing tag displays the name of the wand, flip side displaying herb combinations and affirmation message.

  • The swing tag displays a “best before date” - Swing tags & adhesive labels are made from Eco Friendly - Recycled paper.

  • The wands are bound with high quality 100% cotton yarn – cotton is NON toxic when burnt (there is no need to remove the cotton from the wand)

  • Small amounts of loosely dropped herbs/spices is expected.

  • Shelf Life 24 months

  • Avoid storing smudge wands in direct sunlight or moisture

  • Herbs and flowers are elements subject to natural ageing.

  • Our smudge wands are stored in a freezer (-18C) for 2 days before date of dispatch (Any tiny insects that may be present in the herbs will painlessly go to sleep and pass away. - RIP)

PACKAGING for DISPATCH - SHIPPING

  • Wholesale Orders are packed into Heavy Duty Cardboard Cartons - Seems taped with Clear Scotch Packaging Tape

  • Internal packaging includes Acid free tissue paper (unbleached white), White Butcher paper and Brown packaging paper

  • We avoid using plastic bubble wrap and Poly Bubble fillers

DIGITAL SMUDGE WAND INSTRUCTION GUIDE

  • A WGI smudge Wand Safety guide provides practical Information on how to safely use our smudge wand.

  • From the 22nd December 2022, our smudge wand instruction guides available for viewing via a QR CODE.

  • The smudge wand label (swing tag) will display a QR CODE allowing client to scan code with a mobile phone. The code will link directly to our safety guide located on our website.  

STANDARD POST PARCEL SERVICE

Australia Post will deliver your parcel directly to door, if no one is available, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe location. Otherwise if parcel is not safe to leave, the carrier will redirect parcel to your local post office for you to collect at a time of convenience.

  • Tracking included - tracking details available date of dispatch.

  • Maximum cover (for loss or/and damage) claimable with Australia Post is $100 - Extra Cover over $100 rates available on request

  • Excludes signature at destination - Rates available on request

  • Excludes Express Post - Rates available on request

PAYMENT TERMS

  • (P.I.A) prepaid in advance.

  • Payment required 2 days before date of dispatch or date of pick up.

  • Orders remain the property of With Good Intentions until payment is received in full.

  • CREDIT CARD - 2% Additional transaction Surcharge will apply to the total sum amount.

RETURN - REFUND POLICY

  • With Good Intentions have adopted the “ACCC Consumer Guarantee Policy

  • Please choose wisely on your purchases as we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found a similar product cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. “more information here

  • With Good Intentions is NOT responsible to Replace or Refund your order if parcel is confirmed lost or damaged while in the care of Australia post

  • With GOOD Intentions is NOT responsible to replace or refund your order if the parcel is missing or is stolen after Australia Post has stated the parcel has been delivered.

 

LOST - DAMAGED GOODS

If your parcel has not arrived, is confirmed lost or arrives visibly damaged, while in the care of Australia Post, contact us immediately at smudgewithgoodintentions@gmail.com

 Please provide us with the following details;

  • Purchase order / Tax invoice number

  • Photos of the damaged parcel (when applicable)

  • Photos of the damaged/missing contents (when applicable)

 With Good Intentions will endeavour to seek adequate compensation from Australia Post directly on your behalf – we will keep you advised throughout the process. – Terms & Conditions apply

IMAGES/ PHOTOS

  • Please notify us prior for pre-approval if you wish to use any of our photos /images on your social media pages, website pages or promos.

  • Images (photos) and information on our website are often refreshed and revised on a weekly basis.
