Where do you source your herbs?

Most of our Herbs, Medicinal Plants and Native Botanicals are naturally grown. We don’t apply or spray any toxic chemicals that may be harmful to our environment. (especially to our garden Bees).

We grow our own White Sage (salvia apiana) using organic practices. Our White Sage plants are happy, healthy and they thrive all year round , however we choose to harvest only limited cuttings from our plants. Of the medicinal herbs, botanicals , sweet spices and incense resins we can not grow or produce, we source from local Australian family Owned wholesalers.

Do you make only White Sage Smudge Wands?

Yes, we do make just White Sage Smudge Wands, however due to the high saturated market of mass produced White Sage smudge wands, we’ve chosen to keep our supply of 100% White Sage smudge wands to a limited quantity (max 3 x wands per order). Please take a look at our large selection of ritual smudge wands of which contain varies combinations of White Sage, Mediterranean Sage & Dalmatian Sage (1 of 3 Sages are present our wands).

How do you prepare and dry your herbs?

All our freshly cut herbs are hung to air dried in a cool and dry room, this method of drying herbs retains most of the herb’s natural aromatic oils.

How are the Smudge Wands presented and packaged?

The wands are intentionally left unwrapped, (no Cello wrapping) with an attached labelled swing tag. The swing tag displays the name of the wand, flip side displaying herb combinations and affirmation message. The swing tag will display a “best before date”.

The swing tags and adhesive labels are made from Eco Friendly - Recycled paper. The wands are bound with high quality 100% cotton yarn – cotton is NON toxic when burnt (there is no need to remove the cotton from the wand).

Do the smudge wands come with instructions?

For environmental benefits, we no longer provide paper (A5) size instruction guides. Instructions How to use a WGI Smudge Wand is now available via QR CODE located on the smudge wand swing tag label.

What is the shelf life of a Smudge Wand?

Up to 24 months (2 years) , please store away from direct sunlight and moisture.
