ORDER AVAILABILITY
- We don’t keep surplus stock, Yoni Steam botanical packs are made to order. 
- Wholesale Orders are processed in the order in which they arrive “ First Come , First Serve” 
- Generally orders take approx. 7-10 Business days 
- During peak season, due to stock availability, some orders may take longer. We will keep you information when applicable.

- Internal packaging includes Acid Free tissue paper (unbleached White), White Butcher paper & Brown Craft packaging paper. 
- We avoid using plastic bubble wrap & poly bubble fillers. 
STANDARD POST PARCEL SERVICE
Australia Post will deliver your parcel directly to door, if no one is available, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe location. Otherwise if parcel is not safe to leave, the carrier will redirect parcel to your local post office for you to collect at a time of convenience.

- Maximum cover claimable with Australia Post is $100 - Extra Cover over $100 rates available on request 
- Excludes signature at destination - Additional fees applies ($2.95)

RETURN - REFUND POLICY
- With Good Intentions have adopted the “ACCC Consumer Guarantee Policy” 
- Please choose wisely on your purchases as we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found a similar product cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. “more information here” 
- With Good Intentions is NOT responsible to Replace or Refund your order if parcel is confirmed lost or damaged while in the care of Australia post 
- With GOOD Intentions is NOT responsible to replace or refund your order if the parcel is missing or is stolen after Australia Post has stated the parcel has been delivered. 
LOST - DAMAGED GOODS
If your parcel has not arrived, is confirmed lost or arrives visibly damaged, while in the care of Australia Post, contact us immediately at smudgewithgoodintentions@gmail.com
Please provide us with the following details;
- Purchase order / Tax invoice number 
- Photos of the damaged parcel (when applicable) 
- Photos of the damaged/missing contents (when applicable)
