How to Request Wholesale Information

To request our current Wholesale Proposal and Rate Schedule, please email us with your business details.

Please include:

  • ABN or ACN

  • Contact name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Delivery address

  • Website or social media links, if available

  • Products you are interested in — Smudge Wands, Yoni Steam Botanicals, or both

Once we receive your enquiry and business details, we’ll prepare the relevant wholesale information, pricing and ordering process and email the proposal to your nominated email address. Please allow 1–2 business days.

How Wholesale Orders Are Processed

Wholesale orders are NOT processed through our standard online shop.

Orders are placed by email so we can confirm product availability, calculate postage correctly, and prepare your tax invoice.

Once your order is received, we will confirm availability, pricing, postage and estimated dispatch time before issuing your invoice.

Postage is calculated separately according to parcel size, weight and delivery location.

Payment terms and order requirements are provided with our Wholesale Proposal and Rate Schedule.

Order Availability & Dispatch Time

With Good Intentions wholesale products are prepared to order with care and processed in the order they are received.

Wholesale orders for smudge wands and yoni steam botanicals are generally prepared within 5–10 business days from receipt of your order.

During peak periods, or when seasonal botanicals, packaging or materials are in limited supply, production times may be extended. If this occurs, we will keep you informed of the expected timeframe.

Handmade Product Note

With Good Intentions products are handmade, prepared to order, or produced according to current availability. Colours, botanicals, herbs, presentation and availability may vary from batch to batch.

Our smudge wands are hand-rolled and made with care. Seasonal availability, production time and natural variations are part of the handmade nature of our products.
