Parcel Delayed, Missing or Damaged

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is handled by Australia Post. However, if your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with an enquiry where appropriate.

If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, please take photos before opening it where possible.

  • your full name

  • your delivery address

  • photos of the damaged parcel, if applicable

  • photos of the damaged contents, if applicable

  • your contact mobile number

Parcels Marked as Delivered

If Australia Post tracking shows that your parcel has been successfully delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • around your front door, letterbox or safe drop area

  • with other household members

  • with neighbours

  • your local Post Office, if a collection card was left

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us and Australia Post as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

With Good Intentions is not responsible for parcels that are stolen or go missing after Australia Post has confirmed successful delivery to the delivery address provided, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
