BATH Soak - Place desired amount into warm bath water and immerse yourself and take your time to relax and let go.
If you don’t like floating botanicals in your bath water: - place ingredients into a cotton or organza bag to contain the floating botanicals.
FOOT Soak - Place desired amount into very warm foot spa /or foot tub, immerse your precious tired feet and let them soak for approx. 15- 30 minutes
